Thank you for shopping with LIN! All our orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Dublin, Ireland.

1. Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Republic of Ireland: 

Standard Shipping: €3.95 (Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch via An Post). 

*Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €100. 

• United Kingdom & European Union: 

Standard International Shipping: €8.50 (Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days).

3. Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (if tracked shipping was selected at checkout).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes 

For orders shipped within the European Union, no custom duties or import taxes apply. For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any local customs, duties, or import taxes levied by their destination country.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages
